We Are Comfort Neighbors

The Lennar development growth pace destroys Comfort resources, town character and land stewardships.  We need to bring data to light so all of Comfort sees that this high density subdivision is not in the best interest of Comfort and the Texas Hill Country,

WHAT CAN I DO TO EXPRESS MY OPPOSITION TO COMFORT 590?

The first step is to oppose the TCEQ permit and in the process demonstrate Comfort’s opposition to Comfort 590.   We need you to take action and let TCEQ know how you feel.

A CALL TO ACTION (click here) template has been developed for you to use and customize to support your opposition. 

 

  • Navigate to https://www14.tceq.texas.gov/epic/eComment/ - where you can make comments.

  • Comment using permit number - WQ0016644001

  • Be as specific as possible to your personal situation when illustrating your comments.

  • Knowing Lennar is an applicant and will be reviewing comments, feel free to include topics beyond those of interest solely to TCEQ.

 

Our goal is to have TCEQ receive 1,000 responses regarding Comfort 590 (Lennar Project).
